I have my annual physical in October/November, so I will probably get titers drawn and a flu shot then. I have an up-to-date tdap (2013) so I should just need titers and a flu shot. (Which I'm a bit nervous about because I had a reaction to it a few years back and haven't gotten one since). I had to get this all done when I worked for a hospital so I'm assuming all my titers will come back strong and I'll just need a flu shot :) I already have my BLS for Healthcare providers, too. (This is all assuming I get in )
I think we need: MMR, Hepetitis B, Flu Shot, TDap, Varicella...not sure if I'm missing anything here, but I did check the list to my medical record and should be good.
Wow, I have a lot to get done! I received an email from the program. They're having "a day inn a life as a nursing student." It's from 8:30a.m. to 3:00p.m. You basically get to experience the life pf a nursing student. You can register online. I registered for Thursday July 28. There is another option for Monday the 25. I guess I can ask them what vaccines we need. Here's the link if you're interested.
Hello! I'd like to apply MC ADN to change my career. I'm totally start from zero, I looked MC website and knew some application information. But I want know your experience, such when to start prerequisites courses, how long to finish it, and how to prepare TEAS? I'm a stay home mom with 2 kids, precious time to study and plan. Need your advice...!
Hello!
I also applied to the Spring 2017 program. Judging from when people got replies last year, they should be mailing the letters the first-second week of October! Little nervous bc I spent only about a week preparing and got 79 on my TEAS, but I did take all the priority courses and Micro. Fingers crossed for everyone

I'm applying to spring semester. I've finished all of my prerequisites and I've passed the minimum requirement for my TEAS! I know I'm a little early, but I'm wondering who else is applying?
