Has anyone applied or begun their application process for MSON Spring 2022 Evening program?

what’s good TEAS test scores for applying in montefiore school of nursing?

Hi,

I don't know what would they consider a good score but I got an 88 and they accepted me. I think they also take into account the GPA from your pre reqs.

Hello all, I am currently in process of applying to MSON and I’m little confused on the application process. I sent my transcripts over and was sent an email outlining my four semesters after they accepted the classes from my transcript. I still have my science classes outside like AP1 &AP2 and I see that it’s blended into my first and second semester so does that mean I don’t have to take those courses elsewhere?

If you took A&P 1&2 already and it was taken within 5 years and accepted by Monte then no you do not have to take them again. Call the office and ensure that the courses were accepted , if it is then you don’t have to take it . Aside from that those courses outlined can also mean that they must be taken within the first two semesters. You can’t proceed to nursing 3 if they are not done

@aclarke0219 Thanks for your prompt reply. They didn’t accept AP1 &. AP2 because I took them 10yrs ago. Given that they didn’t accept it I want to know if I would have to take it at another school then transfer to credit to MSON before I can start the nursing program at MSON.

Yes take it at another school since Monte doesn’t offer those classes but you don’t have to wait until those classes are completed to start the program . You can take them while doing the program , they only recommend you take it prior because of the workload . A&P 1 must be completed before N2 and A&P 2 before N3 . I took some courses at BCC and clepped  human develop psych .. some of my classmates took courses at WCC as well
