I was told by the Admissions office that you can go on NursingABC.com to satisfy your Chemistry requirement. You have to show proof that you're enrolled in the class when sending in your application. Im sure you have to complete the class before starting the program if you're accepted

I just submitted my application for Jan 2017. I'm wondering how long it takes them to send out invitations for the kaplan admissions test? Any insight on this?

Hey everyone. I received my test dates today. I picked my top three dates to take the test. I'm excited. Now it's time to study! Anyone else receive theirs?

How did you manage Suttons class (NSG2)? I'm returning after withdrawing last year (personal problems made it difficult to study and retain the information.)

And any advice for the following semesters?

Manage Nursing 2 by recording lecture, taking your own notes-don't rely on powerpoints only, read chapters before class and try to participate. Talk to other people in your class about techniques and books that work for them. Study groups were helpful for me and I liked the Saunders book. Be proactive in your clinical, because clinical instructors report back to her. She serves as instructor and assistant dean. See her in her office after every exam to ask questions or clarify concepts. Have a thick skin - this instructor likes racial/ethnic jokes and enjoys calling people out publicly.

Yes you can go to NursingABC, and as you say, it does need to be completed before starting the program. It was affordable and fairly easy.
