Montclair State Prelicensure MSN 2022

Hello!

I am starting a new discussion board as I was recently accepted into MSU'S Pre-licensure MSN program starting in May 2022. It is a new program and I am curious to hear back from previous students that attended the program and their experience. Also, has anyone else received their decision? Looking forward from hearing from someone, thanks!

LOL right!! It’s like two months away, I need to plan accordingly ? I did fill out FAFSA so I know the loan amount, but yeah still need to figure out tuition

Did anyone here anything about the waiting list? I was put on a waiting list and wanted to know if anyone heard back.

Hi all! Congratulations to those who were accepted. I haven’t made my decision yet because I am still trying to make my mind on this program. I wish I could talk to current students to get a feel of this program. The first semester scares the living hell out of me LOL

I’m sure by 3/15 you will hear back or hopefully sooner. I say 3/15 because that is the deadline for those accepted to make their decision.

Oh boy! I guess I need to fill out my FAFSA I hope it’s not too late! ?

It isn’t too late! Fill out the form for 21-22 not 22-23 for the Summer semester

Hi was anyone able to submit their deposit? A message keeps appearing for me saying to wait for an email to electronically pay. Wonder how long this takes ?

Hi, you have to create a NEST portal account and then submit the deposit payment there.

Hey, yeah I submitted my deposit like the same day I got my acceptance LOL or like next day. It went through right away, but I believe it took like two days to show I paid on the portal.

OMG I just submitted my decision two hours ago..I’m so late with this. But now it says it may take 24-48 hours for my NetID to be made. IDK if I’m screwed if I don’t pay the deposit by today

Oh no! Maybe you’ll be okay. Try emailing the department and see what they say. By the way no one has heard anything else right? I’m thinking after today maybe they’ll send an email about an orientation , how to register for classes or something hopefully.
