Starting CRNA school in August...... Just wondering how much the average person had saved up to go to school or if the majority is going on loans.....
30,000.00 saved, no debt except the house, paid off a total of 29000.00 preparing for school.....
27,000.00 total over two years for stipend (this is the best I have heard)
57000.00 total, for you guys that are graduating, is that enough to make it through...... Thanks for the input
I plan to use loans to cover tuition and my husband's income to cover living expenses. We don't plan to take out extra loans unless we need to, but hope we can make it without anything over the cost of school....I start in August, also.
can i borrow some money?
we don't have a huge amount of savings; however, i have a 2 year stipend for 25k and just received notification of a 12k scholarship through the nurse scholars program in my state (nc). we have worked hard paying off about 30k to get "under my hubby's income". living expenses will be paid through his salary. taking the stafford loan for the first semester and hoping that no more student loans will be needed! :w00t:
