Yes, you will have to take the TEAS test. I would just call admissions, and ask for any specific information you want to ask. Did you get pass the NCLEX-PN? They will need your license number when you apply. The application is online. Once you submit your application, you have to send them transcripts of prior colleges you attended if you received your Associates/Bachelors. If not, you need to send your high school transcript. You also have to send your transcript from LPN school.

I'm currently applying to Molloy College's LPN-BS/RN program. I haven't seen any posts for 2022, so I figured I'd start one. Hopefully there are others also looking to get into the same program.
