For all you experienced nurses, Please help me: I am trying to get pregnant. I had to have my second MMR vaccine today. I did a google search and got contradicting information on how long to wait before trying to conceive-some websites said wait 3 months, some said 28 days. The CDC website said 28 days was sufficient. I also read that the 3 month waiting period was old info and had been based on a vaccine no longer being used currently.
The DR. I saw today told me to wait 3 months also, but I dont trust her since that clinic is a "free" one and theyve given me wrong info before.
Which is correct, waiting 1 month or 3? I want to get pregnant sooner than later because I am in my mid 30's....
