Excuse me, are you saying that because you are an RN with an ADN, you don't feel you are an RN????????? I believe we took the same test as any other RN and the pass rates when I tested were higher for an ADN than a BSN. I appreciate those who took the time to go the extra mile for a BSN. A RN is a RN. I haven't seen the pay differentials for a BSN, nor a follow through on the REAL Nurse vs the ALMOST REAL Nurse (ADN). It's still an RN, LPN and CNA where ever I work.

I traveled for years, then traveled to Alaska got married and stayed seven years and loved it, but now Im in florida my son is grown and I miss traveling after looking at some of the travel sites it seems most hospitals are wanting
speacilities, Im a Med surg ADN, but being a senior nurse I want to take my time and enjoy it this time.
Are people staying put, and I would really like to travel overseas. Not sure they want an two yr. RN though,
I have a great record and won Nurse of the year this last yr.. Are most nurses staying put?
