The company I just had some association with this year totally misrepresented me to prospective hospitals. I have over 15 years ER experience, but my last job was in a clinic, so they listed me as a clinic nurse, even though that was less than 18 months experience. I feel this caused the hospitals to "low ball" the salary quotes, as they then didn't feel I had enough telemetry and higher level of care experience.
Has this happened to anyone else?
What did you do about it?

not exactly in same position but i would specify on resume the experience that you have had and make a note that you feel that this comment is a misrepresentation
My resume is so detailed that I have even included addresses and phone numbers along with everything else. I asked them who's resume they were reading. I'm still steaming...but looking at other agencies now.
