Am a registered nurse in NV. In 2022 I was convicted of misdemeanor dv battery as the primary aggressor. My family and I will be moving to Ohio, am reaching out to find out if there are restrictions to where I can practice given the record. If there are any such restrictions, where am I allowed to work? Also, is there anything I can do to plead my case?
I would like to know how it works with Maryland BON as well.
