UPDATE: Changes: New Log In Requirement

Hello everyone!
I just thought I'd open up this forum while we wait to hear back from Miracosta. This is my first time applying here anyone know how the process works?

(MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME - PLEASE DO NOT POST IDENTIFYING INFO ABOUT OTHERS), from the the Nursing department, said we should hear back by the end of the month so I'm guessing next week 🤷‍♂️

Does anyone know what the weekly schedule will look like if accepted? I'm just trying to get an idea of the class days and hours...

The last semester schedules for the first 8 weeks before transitioning to clinicals was

 Tuesday/Thursday: Lab 8am -2pm

Wednesday: Theory 9am- 1pm

Friday: pharmacology 9-??

iffy on the ending times for theory and lab but it was more or less around that time.

Not at Palomar. I am still waiting on MSJC. I just applied at a private school, just in case the community college route doesn't happen.

I got accepted as an alternate. Does anyone have any information on how many alternates are chosen? I wasn't given a number

MSJC sent out rejection emails on Tuesday. Don't stop applying! MSJC has rejected me three times now, but I got accepted into Palomar and MiraCosta. I almost enrolled in a private university, and I'm so glad I didn't.

I was just admitted to the program very last minute and was not able to attend the orientation. I was wondering if there was a group chat for the cohort?

Hi. I don't think there's a group chat yet. The orientation presentation has everything we went over that day. Also once you register you'll have access to the nurse hub on canvas.
