Hey,
The hardest part about maintaining and losing weight is mindless eating. We all do it and next time you feel like devouring that doughnut, ask yourself "Do I really need this?" Write this phrase on your hand and next time a box of Krispy cremes looks you in the eye, you'll be armed with will power.
I used to have trouble losing weight, really, and the thing that really helped me overcome a plateau was cutting bread, sugar and all refined carbs. Not eating after 5 p.m. is anothr really good tip! That hunger you feel is actually your body utilizing fat stores and carbs! So imagine going lo carb, like 50 grams a day which is a two slices of wheat bread for a sandwhich you have for lunch a day...and not eating after 5, combine that with walking or a form of excersice and you will drop the weight.
Hope this helps...I would love to help with any questions.....

Heck, I don't get home until after 5!
I usually don't eat after 8. Or else 2-3 hours before bed.
What helps me is that I brush & floss my teeth after I'm done eating & that prevents me from wanting to eat anything more.
