I know there are some states that aren't Excelsior friendly, but I know some of them will endorse your license if you're licensed in another state with (insert hours here) amount of clinical time working as an RN.

Which states won't endorse you with say a year of RN experience? I'm sure California won't, right?

using the search button for Excelsior's website, type "state board requirements" with the quotes and that should take you to the page you're looking for.
