I plan to move to Austin TX, I have 1 year of experience in ED, what starting salary I should expect in Austin, and which hospital would you recommend. Does Austin have Trauma I center

No Level I trauma centers in Austin. Your biggest Level II is Brackenridge Hospital, but I don't have any experience with it.

Brack is officially a Level II but they operate as a Level I. Starting salary for 1 yr experience is proly around 22-23. Brack is where all the major trauma for central texas goes so you'll be sure to learn a lot! Just make sure to brush up on your spanish...
