Same, haven't heard anything. I feel like they're doing it by application date. LOL. My last name is K. I feel like we would've heard from them because other ppl received rejection letters. I don't think they will just ghost the rest of the applicants.

My last name starts with an A and I applied in November and still haven't heard anything either. My experience is 1 year adult CVICU and 3 years pediatric cardiac ICU

Specializes in CVICU.

It doesn't seem organized in how they send interviews at all.

I wonder how they're processing the applications bc nursingcas verified my application Dec 14. We're in the limbo 😹 this is lowkey mentally taxing.

Has anyone gotten an interview that did not have shadowing hours? I have a feeling that is really hurting me.

I still haven't heard anything. All my experience is in PICU and I know they favor adult ICU. But I'm also wondering if it's going alphabetically or by application date? My last name starts with T so I'm just waiting I guess!

Same! I haven't heard anything either. My GPA is decent so I don't think it is necessarily that. But I think they might still be going through applications.

I agree! There doesn't seem to be a pattern at this point. So I am just patiently waiting to hear back something 🤷‍♀️

Did they end up offering an interview?

My last name starts with K, applied the date it opened. I have received an interview. I have 1 year CVICU experience, CCRN, some shadowing hours, 1 committee, minor things like represented my nursing class as top student, taught a small section on an ICU skills day...
