I don't feel like I have the most amazing resume. I've been a nurse for 8 years and I've been in Neuro ICU for 4 years and Rapid Response Team for about 3 to 4 months. I have a GPA of about 3.7 or so. I graduated summa cum laude for my associates. I have my CCRN (I also mentioned in my letter of intent that I got 113 out 125 questions correct). My guess is maybe it was my letter of intent and/or letters of recommendation that did it for me. I mostly portrayed my personality of being a HUGE people person and wanting people to feel safe in my care. Nothing special about me. I don't have any publications or open heart experience or anything outstanding. I must have painted a decent picture of myself with my letter honestly.

I thought it went pretty well...initially... and then I went home and self reflected on some answers and thought dang I really could have said that differently. The essay was not ideal either. But I definitely think I did as good as I could have under that pressure! How about you?? Go well?? Longest 3 weeks of my life!!

I feel the sane. I really am trying to not over think my answers afterwards, but it's so easy to. The essay question definitely felt like the hardest part, my topic felt difficult—as I'm sure all the topics felt that way.
I wonder how many people they end up interviewing all together?

I felt the same! The essay question I felt like I could have done better on. There are some interview questions I could have answered better.

Weird, he called me to change my time the other day to a day I have to work and then ended up changing it back. Seeing disorganized ?
Thank you! You too!
