Metro State 2019 ELMSN Minnesota

Yes, I definitely have an acceptance email from Metro State in my inbox. It’s not explicitly from the ELMSN program, but that is the only application I’ve submitted to Metro.

I did apply to Bemidji to take an upper division stats class this summer, so I’m in the MnSCU system for that... but BSU has already sent me their own separate acceptance email... they did so last week.

This is really confusing and if it is some sort of glitch I will be super bummed....

If it's a glitch I will be super bummed for you, too! Is it a general acceptance or does it have someone's name at the bottom you could call?

I know Sandi said it would not be sent out as an email but how would metro send out info if it’s not an email? All the schools I’ve applied to have sent me emails for interviews or acceptance (I got into an ABSN in Florida).

I think this person got an e-mail from the university in general and not from the ELMSN program.

Did either of you get an acceptance letter (snail mail?) I haven't got any answer and when I login in to the graduate application it says it is still pending (and that they still need some "other" transcript even though I sent them all). Just a little worried but probably just being impatient.

Yep, turned out my email was an acceptance letter for undergraduate admission. The email was very nonspecific (and thus easily misconstrued), but the snail mail letter that followed was explicitly worded. In the process of applying to BSU it turns out I filled out some undergraduate information for Metro before clicking over, and since I was already in the system, the application was automatically completed for undergrad admission. Totally confusing to me, as here in Cal it would be impossible to "accidentally" apply for something--any institution here would be demanding a credit card at every turn!

So I'm still waiting, too. *shrug*

Edited to add: My application shows the same pending status waiting for a transcript. Who knows.

I got in! They sent the letter to an old address. Phew. Sorry that you got that email saying you were in but it didn't count that is so lame.
