Received an offer letter yesterday from the Ortho/ Neuro Unit starting pay 32$

Does anyone know if Methodist has a step up regarding pay? For instance baylor and Texas health every so many months/year gives a raise up to a certain amount of years

Interview was Tuesday received the job offer Thursday
