Mercy University Accelerated Second Degree Nursing Program - Spring 2026 Weekend

Hi is anyone planning to apply for Spring 2026 when the application opens in 2 weeks!?

im basing it off this sheet I found online - its for the fall semester start but I assume we follow the same sequence

Wow! When were they going to tell us that registration opened! Sheesh. And same, @maxwell93, I based mine which seems to be the same, from the 2025-2026 mercy university nursing handbook which shows the curriculum for traditional nursing & accelerated. Looks like they changed the name for course 367 from pathophysiology to path/clinic reasoning nursing. 
 

I picked my classes, it looks like:

Monday:

Fundamentals of Nursing Lecture 8:30am - 11:30am

Fundamentals Lab 1:30pm- 5:40pm

(I also registered for Fundamentals of Nurse Sim Lab but that doesn't have a day or time)

Wednesday: Path/Clinic Reasoning 11:40am - 2:30pm

&& Thursday:

Health Assessment & Promotion 8:30am-10:30am

Health Asses & Promotion Lab 11:45am - 1:45pm

Actually I lied, it allowed me to register for 367, 198 and 198A but notttt for the fundamental lecture, lab and sim (200,200A, 200S). Wonder why.

@Gabriella Rosa are you not in the weekend program? im low key jealous I wish I could have a schedule like this haha

I tried posting right after the initial post to say that for whatever reason I wasn't allowed to pick 200,200A & S. So I was only able to register for the path/clinc 367 and health assessment lecture / lab. I'm not sure which cohort I'm apart of. How do you know?

when you did the online application there should have been a choice to do accelerated weekday or accelerated weekend - I also emailed (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME - PLEASE DO NOT POST IDENTIFYING INFO ABOUT OTHERS) when I got accepted that it was for weekend before giving my deposit

Ohhhh oh oh oh. Wow I forgot about that and I forgot which I chose 🤣. I think I chose the weekend. Hmm

Update! I wrote to (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME - PLEASE DO NOT POST IDENTIFYING INFO ABOUT OTHERS) and explained the class situation on which ones allowed me to register & the ones that didn't and he responded "please don't try to register for classes, the nursing department will reach out soon". LOL. Oops 🤭🙃. Unless told otherwise I'm going to keep the classes that allowed me to register which was 198 198A and 367

no freaking way bro. mercy should of never said anything about the program smh. and the other programs like the nurse corps thing the application aint open yet for Spring.

Has anyone gotten anything from mercy yet? Besides anything from financial aid. Paul keeps saying soon but what is soon?!?!?! Im trying to get everything done before December 19th cuz im going on vacation for christmas and won't be back in the country til new years.
