Hey y'all! I just discovered this forum/website but I was recently accepted into Mercy University ABSN program for Spring 2025! I am really excited, I paid the $500.00 deposit (definitely hurt my pockets) . Just wanted to know if anyone else got in and if anyone is already in the program, how is your experience?

Hello It's Israt. I recently got accepted for Mercy College ABSN program and deposited. Anyone knows what would be the next step?
This was the email I received back after sending a email about the deposit.
"Thanks for your email and congrats on your acceptance. Your enrollment deposit was received. We will be in touch within a few weeks with next steps. This will include Castle Branch clearance, orientation, and registration instructions".
My stats were:
Micro - A-
A&P II- A
Chem- B
Psychology-A
Develop- A
undergrad GPA 3.5

Congrats! Currently in the program. My advice is to just relax because once you start it's going to be 0-100. You are teaching yourself in this program, it's just the nature of an accelerated program. Let me know if you have specific questions I'll try to answer!

Hi All,
Congrats to getting accepted into the program! I know that this is great news! I recently completed my pre-reqs and I applied for the fall weekend 2025 cohort! I am anxiously waiting to hear back (I was told it won't be until after the deadline in April) - but I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

I noticed that the NCLEX passing rate for this program dropped from a 81% to a 78% does anyone know why it dropped? I was going to apply to this program but after seeing that I'm not to sure if I should. For those in the program how is the staff like and how is the work load like?
I work full time and go to this program on the weekend. Needless to say I have no life but it's doable. I would recommend this program if you want to get your license quick and are ready to teach yourself a lot. Some teachers are amazing and some are not good at all. But I would say I'm very TYPE A so I'm not worried about not passing the NCLEX. We are told the scores go down because of the traditional students, the accelerated students do amazing on the NCLEX I think because we have no time to play around so we really study to understand the nursing concepts.

Hi everyone!
I also applied for the Fall 2025 weekend program and I'm hoping to get accepted. I received a response that they've begun reviewing applications for the Fall 2025 cohort. I'm super nervous and hoping that they accept me.
For anyone already in the program, do you have any tips or feedback that you can share that can help me prepare?

Hi! Can anyone please advise the best order to take prerequisites and did anyone take them online at University of Phoenix or any other school?
Thank you!
