Hello,
Has anyone been accepted to Mercy College Of Health Sciences ABSN program for fall 2020 cohort?! I’ll be moving to Iowa from PA and looking for other students who are definitely entering the program! I also am hoping for feedback about the program from anyone who has finished the program recently!

I applied for Mercy recently probably looking to get into their later cohorts since Fall admission is likely too late. How long did they take for you to be accepted into nursing after the normal school admissions?
It took maybe 2.5 weeks for them to get back to me. Hopefully you can start in the fall..I’m looking forward to starting I just want some insight from anyone who’s been in the program and completed as well as tips for getting through the program. What state are you located in? I’m in PA.
Thanks for the information. I'm located in California.
I've seen threads from previous cohorts in 2019, you might have some luck posting there if they are still subscribed to the threads.

Hi if you don't mind what were your stats and how long did it take for them to get back to you?

Hi all, I know this forum is a little old but am wondering if anyone has completed this program and obtained their license in California? I’ve seen one comment about CA not accepting this school but am wondering if anyone has any experience with it!! Thank you in advance!

I am wondering the SAME THING. I have family in DES MOINES and the rent and program is so much cheaper than impacted cali schools. Please let me know if you find anything out. I want to move back to cali when I finish.
Hi, I contacted my advisor and she said that the program is technically only approved in Iowa. But, it is a nationally accredited school so I do not really understand. What I think, which I may be wrong, but that the ABSN program may be fairly new so outside states have not had enough students from the program apply for licensure yet to actually put the program on their list of approved programs. Again, I might be wrong but this is the only logical thing that makes sense to me. I can’t imagine that there haven’t been people from California that have completed this program and not returned to California.
Thank you for the quick response! I'll keep searching for Cali schools
