Mercer ABSN Summer 2021

Hi everyone!! I was just making this to see if anyone is thinking of applying to the Mercer ABSN program in Summer of 2021? Has anyone applied yet? Any applicants want to share their stats or their TEAS score? Also if any previous  Mercer ABSN students want to share their stats, application process, and what the Mercer ABSN is actually right that'd be great!!

Hello,

I am hoping to be admited for the Summer cohort. The only thing is that I am concerned about is the 60K Tuition. That gets my heart racing all the time, like "are you sure about this?"

Yeah trust me I definitely understand that sentiment its crazy expensive. I actually just found out I was just accepted to the Summer cohort!

Congratulations! How did you study for the TEAS. Was it hard?

Thanks! And I only used the mometrix study guide to study. It wasn't too terribly hard besides the science which I did really poorly on. I got a 79.3 overall.

I just learned about this program and the hybrid model along with the quick completion is really appealing to me. The big ticket tuition cost however is not LOL. I have all my pre requisites done except abnormal psych and pathophysiology. I typically see these required when you're already enrolled in nursing so I will try to see if I can complete them in the Summer and apply thereafter. I don't really see much information as far as deadlines. I was wondering for those who completed their pre-requisites, were you able to apply while your courses were still in progress?

Hi,

I tell you! That tuition is no joke . They have the deadline posted on their website I think.  You can start the admission process while completing your perquisites.  Your best bet is to fill out the interest form on their website, so that an advisor can be assigned to you.

hello! when is the deadline for the Summer cohort? 

my advisor is hard to reach and I can't find the deadlines on their site
