Congratulations! I have no aspirations to be a CRNA but I think your idea is great! I have no idea how you would go about it, clearly, as I am not a CRNA. But, Mentorship (well GOOD mentorship) can be hard to come by these days.
I think it's something worth pursing.

Hello everyone,
I have been a CRNA for 8 years and last December I got promoted to Associate Chief CRNA in a Level 1 Trauma Center. I have been thinking about creating a mentorship to help RNs to get into anesthesia school, survive school, and also to transition to their CRNA career.
Would that be helpful? Please let me knowyour opinion.
