Could anyone direct me to a website or book that could give me some good information on communication in psychiatric nursing.

Yes, I remember "Essentials in Psychiatric Nursing", a basic, good

all around book to learn communication skills among other useful information. It was a blue book that I used in school about 20 years ago. There may be something similiar to this at the library.
