Menopause case study

I have to make up a case study about a women with menopause, but I wanted to make it so that it will somewhat fun (funnyish)..

So far I'm going with

48 yo overweight pt that has not had a period in over a year, complains of sharp hip pain. complains that sex is uncomfortable. She notices she is getting hair in places she dosent want hair on, she says her voice is becoming more deep.....

This is just a rough out line.. any ideas would be awsome.. I have a group of six, the group wanted me and my other guy friend to do menopause..so we are trying to make it some what witty.. but not to imature
