Thank yall! Ofc! The types of questions were:

why the unit, why Houston, than they asked me like 2 scenario questions one was how do you plan to manage the stress of the job, tell me about your best clinical day and your worst, what experience I had, and than a fun question.

tips:

be yourself! being prepared(bring resume copies and a couple questions written down), having an idea of what you can say for each questions, and practicing with not only yourself but have someone do a mock interview with u, or go on YouTube and search one up.

This might be a silly question, but what did everybody wear to their interviews? I have mine on Monday and a friend told me MH prefers that we wear black scrubs to the interview? I asked a recruiter and she said that she's never heard specifically black scrubs, but that any plain/non-patterned scrubs are fine. Should I wear black scrubs or business casual?

I had to wear business professional. So I wore slacks blouse and jacket

I've accepted a position with MH TMC in the OR! Would love to know if anyone else has as well!! 🙂 also if anybody got any information about the onboarding process and when that would start, I'm sure a lot of us are still in school RN
