I had my interview today for the OR and tomorrow for ER. They asked basic interview questions. It was 3 people on the screen and they all asked questions. They said I’ll hear back by the end of the week

I had mine for the PICU this morning and they asked the basic interview questions. It was 4 people. I couldn’t really tell if it was going well or not since they were all wearing masks ☹️. I feel like I answered their questions well but IDK I really really want this job.

I feel the same...not too confident because of mask but this hospital is my first choice. I have another interview with a different unit tomorrow so we shall see. Guess I’ll be more prepared

I'm literally so pissed off I can cry. I missed my interview because I didn't realize they scheduled it for EST time I'm thinking it was CST time because the program is in Houston. I'm sure that I missed my opportunity completely. I'm sad ?

Does anyone know when we’ll be be notified if we were accepted or not? I just had my interview with MH southwest this morning for L&D and I’m anxious to find out how long the process is!

They told me by the end of the week

Anyone else interview with children’s MH NICU? How many questions did they ask you? I just did mine and I’m feeling pretty bad about it. They only asked like 5 questions ?. It was scheduled for 30 min and I was done in like 15 min

So far everyone I have talked to has said that the interview process for Children's MH has been hard. I just had mine and I think it went well, I've definitely had better interviews but hopefully we hear good things next week!! Mine lasted about 20 minutes. They only asked a few questions, I thought it would be hard to get a reaction since they had masks but I was able to make them laugh so overall I think I did pretty good ? Tomorrow is the last day they're doing interviews for PICU so I think we'll find out soon!

You guys are talking about your match day interview right?! IDK why mine was so long I met with 3 dif groups of people for 30 mins each so mine was 1.5 hours long??! did anyone else have that for MH Childrens or is it just me LOL?!

I thought I answered the questions well, but I was just so surprised to have it be so short and only 5 questions- like super basic questions. I felt like I was prepared to answer so many more and it made feel like they didn’t like me bc they asked so few/it was so short. The waiting is the hardest part!

My friend interviewed with that unit and they asked her about 7ish questions

I just got done with my ER interview, it was 15 min and they asked the same amount of questions. Yesterday, my OR interview was only 10 min, so I def don't feel confident about that one. Both interviews were scheduled for 20 min.

I’m so scared cuz mine was so short and they were so blunt with me (it could’ve been the masks). I’m just wondering if I even have a shot at this point because IDK how many they take.
