I was wondering if anyone works Memorial Care at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center in California. I am starting as a New Graduate and was hoping to get some advice about the hospital and their new grad program. How do you like the hospital? Is working in the New Grad Float Pool difficult? Did you learn a lot? Did you feel confident in yourself to treat patients on your own after the program? How long did it take for you to transfer to a permanent unit? Are you able to transfer to the children's unit from the adult float pool? Any information would be helpful!
