Can anyone give me an idea about what to expect as far as test questions on Hematology? The lectures and notes have a lot of A&P review, but I have a feeling there won't be many like that on the test.

focus on the medical diseases and their treatment. things like the anemias and clotting disorders fall under the hematology section. know their causes, pathophysiologies and treatments. did blood transfusions come up when you covered this section? there are a number of nursing considerations involved with transfusions: chart of commonly transfused blood products.doc. i would know not only normal lab levels but what abnormal levels signify and how they are treated.
