Meds for CA board of nursing

Published

I need some help studying pharmacology, especially all those medications, side effects, etc. Does somebody has a list of the most important ones? I'm studying for the nclex all on my own, so any help would be greatly aprreciated! Thank you!

Nobody has any idea what meds, if any, will be asked about on your particular NCLEX exam. Best to study your pharm book to learn the major drug classifications and at least one example from each, as a start. Look in the info sticky at the top of the NCLEX forum for the list of drug suffixes and study those also. Realize that you can't learn it all. And the CA BRN has nothing to do with what drugs are on anyone's NCLEX exam. The BRN does not write the NCLEX.

Thank you, will look into the info sticky's!
