Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP) 2025

Hi friends! Anyone applying this round for the CRNA program? I don't see any recent info but would love to get a thread going for those currently applying 😊

Anyone know when interviews are typically held / if they are in person or online?

Any insight on what the school prioritizes in its candidates / what to expect from the interview?

Anyone currently enrolled in this program & would you recommend it if so? Any advice for current applicants?

Thanks in advance & good luck to all!!

I was marked 1SH deficient for pharmacology which I'm not sure how is possible given I went to an accredited university and gave interviewed at 2 schools this application cycle

How do you know you were marked ? Like where did you find that info?

I received an email last week saying the latest you'll hear back about admission status will be 11/18. Interviews will be held the 2nd week of December. Good Luck everyone who applied.

I got the same email. The wait is killing me LOL.

Does your application show complete when you log back in? Mine does not and now I'm kind of freaking out. I have emailed the school several times and they do not seem to be of much help and the one girl that always responds hasn't been the most 1. reliable or 2. polite with her responses.

is this the link you are using to check your application status? I am able to see that all of my required docs were received via that link when I login with the CNET ID.

mine says complete but it also says prereq deficiency in physiology so I'm not sure. I haven't gotten an email about being deficient in anything?

My application says completed 9/16. It's basically a summery of everything I submitted.

Did you submit the course sheet saying you will be taken physiology prior to start of program?

I took anatomy & physiology in undergrad and it reflected on my transcript, I would think if I needed something else they wouldn't mark my application complete?

Was it over 5-10 years ago?

within 5 years, I sent an email to ask, but took a 4 credit anatomy and physiology course in my undergrad. The website didn't specify if it had to be a certain amount of credits or if they had to be separate so I just assumed my undergrad A&P would count?
