ANA vs AMSN?

Does anyone have any recommendations of which nursing association to join? ANA vs AMSN? I have been working in med-surg for ~1 year now and I am interested in joining an association, but wanted to know which one people prefer and the differences. Thanks.

AMSN provides the most amenities I feel like. I've been a member for two years now and take the CMSRN in about two weeks. I really think it's much more bang for your buck than from the ANCC, the BC-RN. Some people have warned that their company only recognized one or the other though so I would do my homework first about your area.
