I am interested in learning some Medical Spanish to enhance my communication skills. There aren't any upcoming courses in my area that I can find. Has anyone used software or an online course? I am up for self study but not willing to pay outrageous Rosetta Stone type prices.
Thanks in advance!

My public library has CD foreign language courses available for check-out. Try your local libraries.

I've been brushing up on my Spanish to prepare for nursing school and purchased McGraw-Hill's "Spanish for Healthcare Providers" from Amazon. I've only gotten through the first chapter, but it seems fairly comprehensive and also comes with CD's to help with pronunciation. You may want to supplement it with another self-study outlet though if you haven't taken a Spanish course before :)
