Hi. I am a floor nurse with 10+ years experience who is feeling burned out on acute care and exploring other options. I love teaching, so was wondering if this might be a good match. Have any of you tried this? What is this like in reality (hours, stress, etc). I am talking about teaching staff inservices on medical devices, no sales. I know some of the companies have local regional limited travel, which might work well for my needs. Thanks for your input!
P.S.- I also open to any suggestions for other non acute care careers! (I am currently researching what might be my best match). I am looking for flexible part time work as I am a mom of two little ones. Thank you!
