I have applied in several residencies throughout Dallas. I hope to hear something back! What are specialties you are interested in? I'm mostly wanting to be somewhat pediatrics: Mother/baby, NICU, ER and OR are my main options.

I applied all over the place as well! I’m interested in Mother/Baby, OB triage, and ICU! ? Have either of y’all’s application status changed?

So happy I found this page! I just applied for NICU, Pediatrics and Oncology. I really want to be a nicu/pediatric nurse. I really don't see myself doing anything else, but I am so scared at the same time that there are not enough jobs LOL. I know myself and I know I might go into severe depression if I have to go for a job I'm not comfortable with. I just really wish us all the best ?

Welcome! I've been told that once we get hired to a hospital and have been working, it will be easier to transition to another unit that is hiring within the hospital! I hope everything works out in everyone's favor! ?

I honestly have been applying all over the place not only location wise but unit/specialty wise as well hahah 

My top 3 though would have to be cardiac, mother baby and NICU however I am applying to any jobs right now just focusing most of my attention on those ones 

I actually don't know how to check the application status for Medical city but no one has contacted me yet either!

hi. does anyone of you knows hows the interview process like? I am from nyc and trying to find a job before movibg in dallas . is medical city a good hospital to work?

Hi!! I’m not sure about the interview process, of if it has begun, but I attended clinicals at medical city and I liked it so far!

I applied to Medical City Children's and Medical City Plano. I applied right when the applications opened and have not heard back yet. I hope they start reaching out soon!

Same here! I applied the morning applications opened and Plano was one of the locations I applied to and haven’t heard anything back yet, maybe sometime in March?☺️
