Medella Healthcare good place to work??

Medella needs Care managers and I nor none of my nurse friends..never heard of them. I have hopes someone here has experience with them. I am a LPN and the ad seems like be with Humana/senior bridge. I am ok with that but last company I contacted for same position was 1099. Anyone have any idea of pay, do they take out taxes and very important are they a company you want to work with. So hope someone has these or some answers. Thanks to all for your time!!
