I am taking Med Term online this summer. :typing Any thoughts as to what I will have to know. Also any study tips would be awesome too. Thanks alot !!
I took Medical term on campus, I thought I would get more out of it.. WRONG
My teacher was originaly an anatomy teacher, so thats basically what we learned. I Mean I did great in the class. Got an A, but it was mostly because I had that and Basic Anatomy It was like the same class... except my Anat. was online, but Got an A in that as well. Too bad I'm horrible at Medical terms.. atleast I will be good at anatomy and phisiology i guess :/
Good luck with your Online class, I've taken a bunch they just take self dicipline and you will do great.

I've really liked all of my online classes. They're better in some ways than being in the classroom, because I can do a lot of the work at my own pace instead of being held up by a class being cancelled or whatever. Plus, in speaking to students at my college who took some of the classes in the classrom that I took online, we do more assignments for the online classes, therefore, we get more information. I'm not saying all online clases are like that, it just seems to work that way at my campus. I took an Ethics class online while studying for my social work assistant degree, and two Med Term classes, a Human Diseases class, and Business Communications. Then there's the Basic Anaomy and Intro to Heath Technologies class that I have this quarter. For anyone who is a real focused student, I would highly recommend online.

That is an excellent idea.
Nursing schools look heavily at the A & P's I have been told. :uhoh21: I should do that too. Good luck ! :)
