med surg refresher course

Ok first off i passed med surg fine but it was still the hardest class i have ever taken. I was just curious about finding a refresher course over the summer months though to hone in those few lectures that i didnt pick up to well. and i also think hearing some med surg lectures twice will help me a lot more when boards come around. Anyone know where i can find any of these courses
