Med math question

can anyone please help me i have these problems with the answers but i can't figure out how to get some of them.

order: normal saline 120ml iv to run at 20 ml/hr

drop factor: 60 microdrops/ml

total time of infusion:__________hours (6 hours, 20 gtt/min

120ml * x hrs = 6 hrs (gtts has nothing to do with this question)

order: tagment 200mg, iv every 6 hours

drug available: tagment 300 mg/2ml, 8ml multi-dose vial

set and solution: drop factor 60gtt/ml

instruction dilute drug in 100 ml of d5w and infuse over 20 minutes

calculate the rate:________ (300 gtt/min)

100ml * 60 minutes = 300ml/hr (the rate you program the pump)

20 min[color=white]...[color=white]. 1 hr

100ml * 60gtts = 300gtts/min

20 min[color=white]..... 1 ml

order: oxacillin 1g iv every 6 hours

drug available: oxacillin 1g

add 5.7 ml of dilutent = 6ml per 1g

set: use an infusion pump

instruction: dilute in 50 ml of d5w and infuse over 15 minutes

calculate the rate of infusion:__________ (224ml/min)

56ml * 60 min = 224ml/1hr

15 min [color=white]... 1 hr [color=white]....
