Med Director Critical Care

Hello, everyone! I am wondering why would a director at the hospital call you? I received a call this morning, but I wasn't able to answer because I have to go to work already and when I finally got home, it is almost 7 pm so it went straight to voicemail. That is how I found out she's a med director - critical care. Do you think it is because of another interview? If so, what do kind of questions do you think would be ask this time? My phone interview two days ago was with the hiring manager, assistant hiring manager, and a nurse that works in that unit.
