MDS Policy/Procedure

Hi! I have been given the task of rewriting/revamping the policy and procedure manual for our swing bed/MDS program. We are a small rural hospital, 92 beds, usually only 3-4 swings a week. Does anybody have any information they could send, or point me in the right direction for this?
