I had mine 2 weeks ago too. I asked them when we'd hear back and they said mid APRIL. These two months will be so slow.

Yeah i have the range I found was about $1,000/m for an apartment. Have you guys found anything? I don't have PM on this site or I would forward you what I found.

I've called over 8 leasing agents looking at pretty much all the housing options within TMC, I narrowed it down to 1 but it is still pricey at 1,700k per month. 3 month leases is short term so they charge like crazy for that. The cheaper options had crime, termites, horrible reviews, or were too far away. I would love to do a roommate thing! Should I start a fb group/page so we can discuss in detail?
