MD Anderson Health and Pension plan

I just recently heard that MD Anderson give employees great benefits, including a lifelong health care plan if you work for them for over 10 years, also you will get nice pension after work there for 20 years. It sounds too good to be true since my hospital does not have any of these. Then I called Human Resource today but they would not give me any answer and one lady just told me change may be underway. I am planning to apply for MD Anderson, does anyone know how is exactly their benefits? Thankssssss!

If there are changes on the way I am willing to bet it won't be for the better. Most facilities do not want their benefit packages in the general public either. If they did they would be on their web sites for the public to see.
