Hi everyone! I posted this over at the Pre-Nursing Student forum, but I didn't get any hits. So I thought I'd post it over here in a more localized forum.
I'm considering going to MCI to study for RN. I was wondering if there's any difference that anyone knows of between the programs at Richmond and Virginia Beach. I have friends in both cities, which is nice. I've been browsing this site for several days and it seems hardly anyone is talking about Richmond. In your opinion, is there any reason to chose one over the other? Feel free to comment on reasons concerning the program itself, living costs/conditions, and whatever else you can think of.
Thanks for looking!

I'm at VB campus and you see from my posts that I've posted a lot of information about it. I don't know too much about the Richmond campus. I do know that Richmond campus is in "provisional status" with VA BON while VB is already approved by VA BON. Richmond has not applied for NLN accreditation while VB is in candidancy status. Other than that, I don't know. I do know that I love living in Virginia Beach! Good luck with your decision. If you have any more questions about VB, I'd be more than happy to answer them!

I am a graduate from Richmond and think the program was horrible. Most of teh etachers were o.k., some were horrible, and the administration was really bad. Still is. They don't do what they say they are going to do. I reccomend checking out other schools completely.
