What options are out there for an RN with an MBA? How are they located?
I obtained my MBA in 1998 when I was in my former profession of accounting. I'll be graduating my RN program soon. After getting a few years of nursing experience, I'm wondering if I can (and how) to leverage my MBA?
P.S. -- note the use of MBA terminology "leverage".

Yes. The former director of our ER Services (including helipcopter) was an ADN nurse with an MBA. He moved on to a larger program in another city and is doing very well.
I think if you're a good nurse, and in the right place at the right time you can leaverage your MBA into management/directorship type positions.
Good luck.
