Matria or other OB telephone triage?

Specialties Ob/Gyn

Published

I am an RN/ND/(former)IBCLC, and am looking for an OB telephone triage position. Have worked for Tokos/Matria in the past.

Anyone out there doing this?

Thanks,

Trish

p.s. I live in Flagstaff AZ, and would either like to work from home or commute somewhere nearby (I know--good luck!)

GOOD LUCK! And welcome to the forum.

I've never worked in this field, but used the services of Tokos, then Matria for 2 high-risk pregnancies (home monitoring and terbutaline pump).

I was very impressed with the care I received, and am certain that it led to my good outcomes. (I was in the Philadelphia area.)

Best wishes in your new job!

Jolie, that is so funny! I used to work at the Warren PA Matria Call Center! I was there somewhere between 1994-1997. Wonder if I ever talked to you? What did you think of Matria from a patient's point of view?

Thanks

Our paths must have crossed. My first baby was born in 1995, following services with Tokos. My second baby was born in early 1998, after about 4 months of service with Matria. I was very pleased with both agencies. PM me if you would like any other input.
