Maternity discrimination

Hello, I am a nursing student. I am set to graduate this December and will be about 6 months pregnant at that time. Can you tell me if you have had any experiences with applying for a job pregnant? Do you find you are turned down more? Would you suggest waiting to apply after the baby is born?

I started the thread because I was asking a question.. I was asking if anyone had any experience with maternity discrimination not because I was saying that I have experienced it. I'm not sure why you are upset by this..

Yes I do, I work as a CNA in the ICU I was just trying to get feelers out to see if it was even worth trying since by the time I had the baby and returned I would have already been a nurse 5-6 mo.
