Maternity Case Workers?

Hello everyone,

I'm interested in becoming a maternity case worker but I'm not sure where to start. I've Googled, gone on Glassdoor, gone on insurance employment sites and haven't seen anything at all. Am I looking in the wrong places? Any tips? Also, those with this kind of job, could you share any tips, highs/lows/, pros/cons?
