Howard County General??

Just wondering if anyone out there currently works for, or has recently worked at Howard County General? Pros, cons? Salary, benefits, etc? I am not a new grad, and am exploring new employment in the area, but I see that Howard County has A LOT of job postings, and this seems out of the norm for the rest of the hospitals in the area, and I'm not sure if it's because they can't keep staff, or they are expanding or what--sorry for being so pessimistic, but it just seems odd that most hospitals have 10-15 job postings, but HCG has 40+ just makes me wonder...

Sorry this is so late compared to your original post! But don't want others to read it and get the wrong idea! HCGH opened it's new tower and had many new nursing positions open. Don't know what the overall turnover rate is, but in my unit, it's pretty low.

The economy is hitting a lot of hospitals hard right now...low census, etc...hope you found a job you enjoy!
