Standard interview questions-describe yourself, why us/nursing, explain a difficult situation you dealt with. Was individual interviews but several others being interviewed by recruiting staff in the room at the same time.

Welcome to Martin! Compared to the for profit hospitals in the area, its a great place to be! Do you know where you'll be rotating or working yet?

Thank you! Not a clue, we're in the nurse novice program so we have to wait and see. How is the program like, if you know.

I have no idea honestly. I've only been at the hospital since january and I didn't come in as a new grad (been an RN for about 2.5 years). But I've heard good things!
